It is the best WiiWare game available thus far (In my opinion).I have so far put over 10 hours into the game (and I'm only 4/5ths through the game), and it only costs $15. That's the best fifteen dollars I've spent on gaming in a long time. If you're a fan of puzzle games like Lemmings, Toki Tori, or The Incredible Machine, you simply must buy this game.World of Goo

Too bad they think europeans are cavemen and make it retail. Seriously, we all have internet. Give us the game already.
Bob_newman is absolutely right. This game is so ambitious in nearly every way. The physics engine is shockingly real, the art style is brilliant and the music is probably some of the best I've heard in a videogame, ever. I had almost completely lost my faith in Wiiware until I tried this game. It's better than most Wii games you can buy in the stores, no joke.
If your not sure then download the PC demo (its free to download) and you can try it out. I have the demo but I think it'll control a lot easier with a Wiimote than a mouse, but so far its really fun and addictive. I'm going to buy it myself .. just not now.I'm too busy with school and I don't want to get distracted.
I just wanted to know if world of goo is any good and is it worth downloading
IT is one of the best wiiware games to get right now.
I've had it for a couple days and just completed the first chapter out of five. Imo, it is the quintessential WiiWare game - simple gameplay and simple controls that form the basis for something far more complex. I think this is exactly the kind of game Nintendo had in mind when they created WiiWare, and even the actual Wii itself. The visuals are beautiful in their simplicity, and the music is fantastic. Controlling the game is as simple as pressing 'A' to pick up a goo and releasing it to drop the goo in place. The story thus far is surreal, whimsical, and good humored - and can actually trigger some emotion at times.Probably the most important aspect of this game is the level design which has also been very good so far, very creative. I will say that the first couple intro levels were a little slow and a little too simple, but World of Goo really took off after that.Lots of polish, lots of levels, lots of fun, not a lot of money :)
World of Goo is amazing. It's the best WiiWare game to date (Yes, it even stomped Lostwinds). I'm not elloquent enough to say anything that would do this game justice other than ''Just buy it''.PS: This game is so awesome that I had to force myself to stop playing a couple times to do stuff like go to college or feed my kid. I haven't had a game suck me in like that in a LOOOONG time.
Thanks for the answers ill be downloading it today
I downloaded the PC demo last night and I really enjoyed it, I'll probably download the Wii version as soon as I get some more points.
