Can you get excited for traditional Wii ...

K so I'm a Wii owner. So naturally, I'm always looking out for good Wii games. And they definately exist, despite what some fanboys say. However, I find it hard to get excited for games like Deadly Creatures, Sky Crawlers or Tales of Symphonia 2. Because to me they seem like they'll have good gameplay, but probably without using the motion or IR well. Maybe some pointing on the menu screens, the occasional shake to attack/change weapon, or whatever. And it makes me wish these games were coming to 360. Losing out on the motion + IR seems a tiny price to pay for much better graphics, AI and physics, online, achievements, voice chat and so on.Don't get me wrong, when the Wii's controls are used well, the results are terrific. Trauma Centre, Wii Sports, Warioware, Zack and Wiki, all great games that would be vastly inferior/impossible using a 360 pad. But when games try to map traditional gameplay to the Wii's controls, it just feels tacked on at best, unplayable at worst. What say you? Are you fine with traditional gameplay on Wii? Do you feel devs should concentrate on unique ''Wii only'' experiences? (Note: This is NOT meant to be a Wii vs. 360 thread. Just a random thought about the Wii's game selection :))Can you get excited for traditional Wii ...
Sometimes I'm content with classic controls but when they are used well and not just a waggle fest I like motion controls. So it depends. Can you get excited for traditional Wii ...

i feel that there are no wii games that use the wiimote to the fullest the only game that comes close for me is Star Wars the Force unleashed but there was so many things wrong with that game that it didnt even matter
