Kinda Bummed About Mario Kart Wii Online

I just went online for the first time with MKWii and had a great time with the individual Vs. matches. I was bummed however to see that when you got in a group you didn't race in a GP like in MKDS. Do you have to play Friend races to do scored GP's or is everything just individual matches where you raise or lower your VR?Didn't want this to sound like a gripe; I really did have fun racing other people but I bet doing GP's would be even more of a blast.Kinda Bummed About Mario Kart Wii Online
I like it the way it is, except that you can't have 4 people on one Wii online and that for worldwide/regional races, you can't get other peoples' friend codes and add them straight from there (I've raced a bunch of good racers, and I'm disappointed I never raced them again...).Kinda Bummed About Mario Kart Wii Online
Yeah, if you play with friends it's more like a grand prix.
