when will we see a new donkey kong platf ...

I want to know when we will see another Donkey Kong 64 type game. I know Rare made DK64, but I've heard that Nintendo has a new company working on a second platformer. I don't understand why they keep giving us rhythm based trash and not a real DK game. Does anyone have any info?when will we see a new donkey kong platf ...
Were getting a DK jungle beat Remake, but no new DK64 like games anytime soon. when will we see a new donkey kong platf ...
Damn.
I loved the 64 DK game, probably one of my all time favourites.
I think they're making a big mistake not doing more stuff with the DK franchise.

well the problem is that no one can compete with what rare did with DK. DK64 was a really good game, and im betting that nintendo is nervous about giving the project to a dev who will destroy it.
sword demon but isn't Nintendo already destroying D.K. by turning him into a rhythm based franchise. I mean its been so long since D.K. 64 that my niece thinks that D.K. is ''like a crappy guitar hero right?'' I cant believe Nintendo is allowing one of there prized franchises to drift off into rhythm based backwater obscurity. I will not stand for the rape of Donkey Kong by Nintendo (see the rape of Indiana Jones on South Park the same thing is happening to D.K.) they need to to return the dignity to Donkey Kong that thy stole away from him with those damn bongos.

Yeah, you're probably right. And btw, I love your sig. I love Parkway Drive! I went to there concert a month or two back.
After Rare was bought by Microsoft, Nintendo seems to have no idea of what to do with the franchise since they put DK on a silly music game and after that just made him a character available on Mario spin-offs when in fact he is much more than that.
