I sure hope not. Brawl isn't even in the top five Wii games this year.

If it breaks the top 15 it should be considered a victory

i don't see why not but with america mostly a 360 fan, what i mean by that is that all the game magazines and web sites, and t.v shows love the 360 games over everything i find it easy to think that no wii game, no matter how many units it sold or scores it got, it be pushed under the rug

Something like MGS4 or GTAIV will most likely win GOTY.
probably not with all the new releases coming out soon such as Fable II, GoW2,Spider-man WOS,Call of Duty World at War and so on... and GTA IV probably will win
LOL! Brawl will not win game of the year at all. We have already seen GTA: 4, MGS4, and we still haven't seen Gears of War 2 yet which is my prediticon to win GoTY. Brawl as an average game at best with terrible online and slow gameplay. Not a bad game, but not a great game by any means.
It should definetly be the The Nintendo Wii Game of the Year.
