I dont think so, but I do agree a little.
I like how Nintendo holds on to its old franchises but at the same time I also want new ones.
I think its more like they made games people like (Mario, Zelda, Metroidm, etc), so they dont want and try to make much more (new games/franchises) because they fell that the old ones are enough to keep us happy. (this is a random guess I came up with)

Btw, i think that remaking classics that haven't had a sequel in over a decade is better than having another Mario Party or something.
** facepalm ** ... are you serious? first off, star fox wii is either going to be a sequal or a remake, every LOZ game is a sequal, every mario game is a sequal, just because they dont have a specific order doesnt mean they are totally different games. punchout wii is not really a wiimake, reviving a game generations old is not a remake, its a wiivival, and its going to be a whole new schpeel on an old classic. saying nintendo is running out of ideas is like asking if the oceans plankton population is decreasing, who knows, and who cares, as long as whales have something to eat.
i don't know about running of ideas, more like just being lazy coming up with ideas. they need to make more new games instead of rehashing the same old sequels that have been out the last 15+ years ago.

Very true and well said.
wha??
They ran out of ideas 15 years ago. SNES was the last good nintendo console.
They ran out of ideas 15 years ago. SNES was the last good nintendo console.
They had good ideas after that you know.
Nintendo is such an oddball, contradiction of a company. They take this huge, giant risk with the Wii, and then play it completly safe afterwards. I honestly feel that Nintendo is not motivated to move out of this safe zone.
Theres no such thing as running out of ideas in video games its actually a stupid question
Nintendo will never run out of ideas for making money.
Nintendo is such an oddball, contradiction of a company. I dont think they have run out of ideas, theyre just being a bit lazy.
They ran out of ideas 15 years ago. SNES was the last good nintendo console.
I wouldn't say that, but every time I play my SNES I just chill and I'm always excited. Especially cause I do it when I'm high haha.
