Most likely GameStops will, and I know for a fact that GameCrazy's are going to hold a release party for the game. It really depends on the location, seeing how retail game stores(and sometimes retail stores like Wal-Mart or Best Buy) like to promote popular big title games for mid-night releases. ;)GH:WT Release
I actually saw an advertisement on this site that said that world tour would come out @ midnight at best buy so u should check their site
