The Legend Of Zelda game lengths.

I'm currently playing through Twilight Princess, and Ocarina of Time.I was just wondering if you guys can let me know which of the Zelda games are the longest and which are the shortest. I love games that are very long so I'm just wondering. Please rate them from longest to shortest for both console and handheld versions. Of course, the games are:Consoles:The Legend Of ZeldaThe Legend Of Zelda 2: Link's AdventureThe Legend Of Zelda: A Link To The PastThe Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of TimeThe Legend Of Zelda: Majora's MaskThe Legend Of Zelda: Wind WakerThe Legend Of Zelda: Twilight PrincessHandheld:The Legend Of Zelda: Link's AwakeningThe Legend Of Zelda: Oracle Of AgesThe Legend Of Zelda: Oracle Of SeasonsThe Legend Of Zelda: The Minish CapThe Legend Of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass Any info/opinions would be greatly appreciated. OoT and TP are probably the longest, but MM can last a lot longer if you do all of the sidequests and get all the masks. aLttP has a decent length to it. WW is pretty short in comparison to those. i havent played the handhelds or the nes games in a while so i dont remember the lengths of those. The Legend Of Zelda game lengths.
I'd say that OoT and TP are definitly the longest, but like Sword-Demon said, Majora's Mask definitly can last pretty oong if you do all of the side quests. I think A Link to the Past is pretty long too
thanks guys.I keep hearing WW is pretty short. Just how short is it though?Approx how many hours to beat?
Well, I would say the major console games after the SNES era (Ocarina, Twilight Princess, ect.) are the longest, while the handhelds are generally shorter. A Link to the Past can take a while to beat, but the world record for that game is like 58 minutes, I've beaten it in about 3 and a half hours myself.
well WW has a lot of side quests too. with out the side quests, maybe 15 hours. with side quests, probably 18-20
I don't think WW was really all that short, maybe in comparison to Oot it is, but it definitely has more side quests than Twilight Princess. For the price of twenty dollars it's plenty long.
I say Twilight Princess, Ocarina of Time, and Wind Waker.
what about the handheld games of the earlier era?Link's Awakening, Oracles of Ages/Seasons.How many hours do you think those games are? Thanks again guys.
Oracle of Seasons/Ages are decently long. They took me longer than Phantom Hourglass, I think maybe 40-45 hours apiece? I'm not too sure though, I haven't played them in a while. :P The longest one I've played is Twilight Princess at 70 hours, completing all the quests and everything though, like the bugs.
I'm thinking of getting Seasons and Ages.Which one is better in your opinion?
Longest console Zelda=Ocarina of Time (unless your counting Collectors addition.)Shortest console Zelda=Twilight Princess.Longest handheld Zelda Oracle of Ages/Seasons.Shortest handheld Zelda=Minish cap.

just bought Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons on ebay for about $36.
thanks guys.I keep hearing WW is pretty short. Just how short is it though?Approx how many hours to beat?
Actually its a fairly medium lenth game, but sailing takes up a ton of that time
thanks guys.I keep hearing WW is pretty short. Just how short is it though?Approx how many hours to beat?
are you looking for a short zelda game by any chance?
i just blasted thru tp without trying to get the golden bugs and piece of heart but it still took me 50 hours.
Are you guys serious? To do everything in WW takes WAY more than 20 hours... And OOT is longer than 20 hours as well.
For me, Twilight Princess (also the easiest).Wind Waker can feel long at times due to the tedium of sailing.Ocarina of Time felt like forever when I was younger, but now I can rush through it reasonably quickly cos I've finished it so many times the whole thing is like the back of my hand now.I never like Majora's Mask so I didn't finish it.
