Chainsaw guys are easy u shoot them they fall u wait they get up u shoot them they fall repeat. Regenerators are just freaking creepy with their heavy breathing and strange smiles they remind me of heaven smiles from killer 7 the most annoying thing in RE4 is easily Ashley whats the most anoying thing in RE4

The Novistadors, especially that part where you find a hive or something full of them and you have to use up all your shotgun shells to kill them.

I really hate the entirety of Chapter 4. I just hate that castle.

The most annoying thing for me was the whispers in the castle. The whispers make you think someone is there when there isn't!!!

Ashley followed closely by the creepy regenerators.
The castle. Yes, the ENTIRE castle, the hedge garden, the Novistadors in the sewers, both Garrador battles, Salazar's right hand, playing as Ashley. I don't think I even want to get started on the island, I can go on and on about that part...
Regenerators (so FREAKING scary), and those flying bug things are REALLY annoying.
Ashely was about the only thing in RE4 that annoyed me. She made my death count higher by dying in stupid ways way too often.
